Pakistan has been badly affected by recent severe monsoon rains and floods.  Islamabad: Rs 25000 funded under flood relief cash assistance through Benazir income support The program bisp is being provided to every family affected by floods in the flooded areas of Sindh, Balochistan, Punjab, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. So far the total amount has been Rs. 4,784,057,630. Under this program, 190,326 money was distributed to the affected families.

 Special payment centers have been set up in flood-affected areas in this regard. 170 campsites Camp sites have been established in Sindh, 23 in Punjab, 97 in Balochistan, and 84 in KP. At this time Balochistan; 112,159 families have received 36,728 affected families 927,798,712 rupees. Ss. 2,815,360,366 Sindh; 11,409 in KP Rs 286,557,000 and in Punjab Rs 30,030 families have received Rs 754,341,552.

How To Get Flood Relief Cash Program 25000 Rupees

The Prime Minister's Flood Relief Cash Program is providing assistance of Rs. 25,000 to flood-affected people through the Benazir Income Support Programme. The financial assistance will be provided to the affected families through the banks nationwide. The program was launched to help the flood-hit population return to normalcy and overcome the effects of a devastating flood. Through this program, the government aims to provide financial relief to more than five million people who have been affected by the worst ever floods in Pakistan.


A manual form for applying financial assistance will be circulated by the concerned authorities to the beneficiaries throughout the country shortly. In order to avail this financial support, the applicants will have to submit application forms in person to the nearest branch of the designated bank after collecting it from the bank concerned. 

All the branches of all scheduled banks are authorized to accept the forms for flood relief payment. The application process of the Prime Minister's Flood Relief Cash Program is rather simple and will be managed through different mediums like newspapers or the banks official websites.

Once the form is filled completely and submitted the bank officials will check the details and then approve the application for the assistance amount of (Rs.25,000). Once approved the applicant will receive the amount in their bank accounts within one week of submission of the application form. 

The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) has also taken several steps to provide timely assistance to the flood-affected population. Under the Prime Minister's Flood Relief Cash Program NDMA will also provide direct aid to the affected citizens in the form of food grains and other essentials. The NDMA will also extend emergency financial aid to the members of the families of the flood-affected people who have lost their livelihoods as a result of the disaster.
