Terms and Conditions
The package can be subscribed at any time of the day.
To check the remaining incentives and validity, dial the bundle status code in Rs. 0.06
Bundles will not be auto-subscribed and need to be re-subscribed upon expiry.
Internet bundle can be subscribed and used in 2G/3G/4G network areas.
Actual internet speed will depend on various factors like SIM, device, web pages accessed, time of day, number of simultaneous users, distance from 2G/3G/4G site etc.
Overage of Rs 2.25 per MB is applicable in case of expiry of incentives.
If you have not subscribed to any bundle, the base rate will be charged i.e. Rs. 5/MB charging plus will be 512 KB.
The bundle is subject to change at any time.
Multiple subscriptions to the offer are permitted.
These terms and conditions are in addition to the general terms and conditions approved by PTA and agreed to by the customer in CSAF/eCSAF at the time of activation of connection/SIM.
Jazz reserves the right/discretion to set/change the price/rate of any offer/package/bundle or to withdraw/modify/cancel such offer/package/bundle. Affected customers will be notified in advance as required under PTA regulations.

The charging system reserves a certain proportion of the available data volume in MBs of your package for opening/accessing each application/website on the device, hence opening/accessing multiple applications and/or websites simultaneously. Access may result in all your available data being saved. The volume in MBs of your package and can start charging at the base rate of your package.
Balance and recharge amount required for bundles may be rounded to the nearest whole number.

The term "Purchase of SIM" means purchase/acquisition of connection to PMCL's network by the Customer for obtaining telecommunication and other related services from PMCL. The SIM shall always remain the property of PMCL and by issuing the SIM to the user, only the usage rights are granted and ownership is not transferred to the user in any way, whatsoever. The customer is obliged to return the SIM to PMCL in case of discontinuance of service or termination of contract or change of network by MNP.
The bill date for all postpaid subscribers will be changed to the 2nd of every month in 2021. Due to this change, customers will get a separate bill for the difference in the days of the month of processing. Minimum/MB charging will be as per package.
Details of taxes/charges applicable on usage and recharge in Pakistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir are given below:
The rate of advance income tax on each recharge is 15%.
The sales tax rate in the Federal Territory of Islamabad is 16%
The sales tax rate in rest of Pakistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir is 19.5%
GB is tax-exempt.
A late payment fee of PKR 50 will be charged on bills not paid after the due date.
